Xanthi Panopoulou

Xanthi Panopoulou is a Learning Partner for the Central & South Europe region at Sanofi. She collaborates with stakeholders across 7 countries to design and deliver impactful, needs-driven learning strategies aligned with business priorities. Prior to joining HR, she held several Finance positions, serving as a trusted Business Partner across various countries and levels. Her HR & Learning projects include spearheading learning solutions in Wellbeing, Finance, and Feedback. She has championed yearly career development events for Central & South Europe, empowering talents to own their unique career journeys. She is an accomplished facilitator across soft skills workshops, including Insights Discovery. She currently leads the Cancer & Work Affinity Group for Central & South Europe at Sanofi, providing peer support to employees affected by cancer, whether as patients or caregivers. She has represented Sanofi at the HR Awards, earning recognition for Best Internal Use of Academies (Bousias, Nov 2024) and Best Use of Coaching for All, Empowered by AI (Bousias, Nov 2025). She is also featured in the 50 L&D Power List Greece (HR Professional, Dec 2024).She holds a Professional MBA from ALBA Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Glamorgan (South Wales). Passionate about psychology, she has completed seminars at the Athenian Institute of Anthropos, focusing on systemic psychology.
