Giorgos Kyriakos
George Kyriakos is a Learning & Skills Management Senior Manager at OTE Group, with extensive experience across different HR roles and disciplines. Throughout his career, he has contributed to a wide range of people initiatives, gaining a broad understanding of how learning, talent, employee development and organisational transformation connect with business priorities.
In his current role, he leads the design and implementation of learning and skills strategies that help employees build the capabilities they need for both their current roles and the future of work. His focus includes Future Skills, upskilling and reskilling, learning academies and skills-based development.
He works closely with senior leaders, business teams, HR professionals and internal experts to translate strategic priorities and real business challenges into practical, scalable and measurable development initiatives.
He is particularly interested in the impact of Artificial Intelligence on Learning, Skills Management and the future of work, as well as in creating a culture where learning becomes part of everyday work and development is a shared responsibility.
He believes that skills are not only an HR priority. They are a critical business capability that enables transformation, innovation, adaptability and sustainable growth.
