Dr. Ioannis G. Nikolakopoulos is the Co-Founder & Co-CEO of Code.Hub and the CEO & Academic Dean of Athens Tech College. Over the past years, he has orchestrated and led large-scale tech, digital and AI skilling transformation programs, developing L&D Programs and Academies that have upskilled thousands of professionals.

He conceived and designed Code.Hub’s AI Competency Development & Adoption Framework, which is widely and successfully applied across industries, and continues to shape Code.Hub's mission of building future-ready talent at scale.

With a Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering, he combines technical expertise with a track record of translating emerging technologies into tangible business value, establishing Code.Hub as a trusted capability-building partner for enterprises. Ioannis was named to Fortune Greece's 40 Under 40 in 2023.
