George Igoumenakis

As the Director of ICAP Training Solutions, George ensures that all trainings are implemented qualitatively and productively, thus creating real value for all participants. He holds a BSc from the American College of Greece and an MBA from Florida International University, USA. Having many years of experience in the field of consulting and adult education in multinational companies, he has held various roles with European and international learning & development responsibilities in major corporations such as Deutsche Post (DHL), Ernst & Young (EY), Temenos AG, etc. He has led numerous training and development projects for a variety of groups and different geographies, including Latin America, India, Russia, USA and many other diverse and challenging audiences. As a TRACOM and Huthwaite certified trainer, he has trained thousands of business consultants, train-the-trainers, salespeople, senior managers, business leaders and other executives of global organizations in a variety of hard/technical and soft skill methodologies. He is a strong believer of uninterrupted self-improvement – even as a way of life. His constant goal is to empower business executives to excel at every level!
