Dimitris Rinas

Dimitris is a Senior HR Consultant & Partner at SHRM Linkage and has more than 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, Assessment and Organizational Development. He joined Response International in 2006, leading Assessment & Development projects, and in 2010 joined Linkage Greece, where he became responsible for the development of leadership learning solutions in collaboration with Linkage US, as well as the design and delivery of Assessment & Development programs.

Dimitris is a Facilitator/Trainer in Leadership and Management programs for middle and senior executives, specializing in Coaching, Feedback, Emotional Intelligence, Communication, Team Development, Conflict Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Personal Resilience and Performance Management. He holds the SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) title and is certified in Assessment & Development Centers, psychometric assessments and 360° Feedback, as well as an accredited Adult Trainer by EOPPEP.
Dimitris holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and a BSc in European and International Studies.
