Ariadne Stagkou-Bell

An enthusiastic advocate of Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability, Ariadne specialises in the social pillar of ESG, contributing to the enhancement of human rights, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

In her current role at METLEN Energy & Metals she supports the development and implementation of the Company’s Policy & Strategy for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging. Moreover, she collaborates with internal stakeholders for monitoring the social dimension of Sustainability, including the implementation of Human Rights assessments for METLEN's own workforce, to promote transparency, accountability and engagement in the organization. In previous roles, Ariadne was responsible for promoting the adoption of sustainable principles and practices in Greek businesses, through awareness raising, corporate training and multi-stakeholder engagement and consultation.  Ariadne has worked in the UK, Australia and Greece and holds an MA in Politics from the University of Edinburgh.
