Dr. Maria Gianniou

Maria is a Corporate Trainer, DE&I Facilitator and a certified Leadership Coach. She coaches and trains individuals and teams, supporting them to strengthen their leadership skills, improve their performance, define their leadership style and achieve their goals.

She has a long professional experience in adult training, conceptualizing and delivering customized interactive workshops for the corporate environment. Her working background includes synergies with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, academic institutions and companies from various industries. She is a certified trainer at the National Centre for Public Administration and Local Government and she teaches at the Athens University of Economics & Business. Her academic work is widely published.

She has co-founded Women Act, which aims at empowering women to participate, as leaders and agents of change, in the public sphere. Her book, “Self-leadership” (Αυτοηγεσία), by KAKTOS editions, focuses on the necessary toolset and skills we need in order to become leaders in our personal and professional lives.
