Dragana Jelacic

Dragana is senior HR professional with 15 years of international experience both as management consultant supporting clients on people and organizational matters, and as in-house HR professional helping companies manage their human capital. Prior to joining Coca-Cola HBC, she worked for EY, KornFerry HayGroup, Intralot and Neptune Lines. Her expertise lies with strategic organizational development, corporate culture, employee performance and engagement, change and talent management as well as strong stakeholder management in complex cross-country and cross-functional environments. Her focus has been on supporting business leaders on strategic and operational people matters aiming to improve productivity and collaboration.

Dragana holds Bachelor degree in European Affairs from Institute of Political Science- Science Po Paris, and Master degree in Strategic HR Management from ALBA Graduate Business School. Sha was voted as 20 Under 40 HR List for 2024.
