Elina is a Human Resources Professional with 16 years of comprehensive HR experience,
specializing in Learning and Development. Currently, she serves as the Senior Head of Learning & Development at Kaizen Gaming, and together with a passionate team, they build and implement global learning and development strategies across 16 markets in Europe, Latin America, and Africa. Elina has designed and evaluated over 40 learning and talent development programs, designed and managed the performance framework for over 2600 employees, alongside onboarding for 1,200 new hires annually.
