Krysta Tzelepi

Krysta Tzelepi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Treasure Lab PC, a Master Certified Coach (MCC, ICF), and one of the pioneers who introduced coaching to Greece in 2004. She has more than 2,500 hours of executive and leadership coaching experience, supporting executives and leadership teams across major Greek and multinational organisations.

Together with her team, she designs and delivers practical Coaching and Leadership Development programmes that support executives and teams through role transitions, communication improvement and organisational transformation. The programmes combine coaching, peer coaching, digital simulations and contemporary practices informed by neuroscience and evidence based management.

Since 2011, she has been delivering the Solution Focused Coaching School in Greece in collaboration with SolutionSurfers International, developing internal coaches within organisations. She has served as President of the ICF Greece Charter Chapter, while Treasure Lab has received three HR Awards in the “Effective Use of Coaching” category, in 2019, 2024 and 2025.
