Myrto Koutsopoulou

Myrto holds a BSc in Economics and a Master's in Accounting & Finance, both from Athens University of Economics and Business. She began her professional journey with Four Seasons in 2017, where she quickly developed a strong passion for HR and team development. Moving to the Learning & Development function, Myrto discovered her true passion. Alongside Nadia, she now leads the Learning & Development department at FS Athens, focusing on employee growth, development, and continuous learning.

A dedicated explorer and outdoor enthusiast, Myrto has traveled to over 30 countries and eagerly anticipates discovering new destinations worldwide. Her latest role as a new mum has added another dimension to her life, showcasing her ability to balance professional and personal responsibilities with grace.
