Nadia Ghribi

Originally from Tunisia, Nadia started her Four Seasons journey back in 2017 as the main leader of the Learning & Development function. Prior to that, she has ventured into the field of Education and Oil & Gas in positions that were never too far from developing talents. Her background is deeply rooted in Education, specifically in English Literature, Civilization and Linguistics but her love for Coaching, Behavioural Change, and the Psychology of Learning made her step away from a university teaching position to fully immerse herself in a challenging, fast-paced and operational learning environment of the Hospitality industry.

Her passion for never-ending learning, diverse cultures and languages paved the way for Nadia to live and experience different countries. Transformative books, movie trivia, bungee jumping, travel experiences and food are her fuel to navigate through life and get the most out of it.
