Nikos Polidis

Nikos is a Partner at Treasure Lab, a Senior Team Facilitator, Certified Coach and Gamification Expert, with more than 5,000 hours of experience in executive and team development. He designs and delivers leadership development, team development and professional skills programmes.

He has been trained and certified in internationally recognised methodologies, including Solution Focused Coaching, LEGO® Serious Play®, Playmobil PRO, NLP Coaching and the Team Diagnostic Tools of Team Coaching International. He is also a certified Adult Trainer accredited by EOPPEP, the Greek National Organisation for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance.

Nikos began his professional career in design, where he worked for ten years before deciding to pursue his true passion, learning and people development. Since then, he has dedicated his career to coaching, team facilitation, gamification and the design of experiential learning experiences.
