Panagiotis Morfis

My name is Takis Morfis and I am the Managing Partner of Dynargie Greece as well as a Learning & Development professional.

I am driven by the challenge of fostering behavioural and organizational transformation. I strongly believe that people can change when they reach a heightened level of self-awareness, receive support from their environment, and are inspired by external sources. This is our mission as learning consultants: to provide the tools that make this growth both accessible and effective.

I am passionate about working with people, listening to their concerns, challenging their thought processes, and helping them develop new paradigms to succeed in their roles. I am dedicated to listening to complex organizational challenges and designing solutions that effectively address these issues, empowering people to implement sustainable changes and reach their potential.

Over my 25 years at Dynargie, I have had the opportunity to work with thousands of managers and professionals across various industries and company sizes, from top executives to individual contributors. I have provided consulting services to some of the largest local and multinational companies operating in Greece.

I hold a background in Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence, and I am certified as a Design Thinking instructor, Lego Serious Play facilitator, and Executive Coach.
