Vasiliki Karampampa

Vasiliki is a Learning & Development professional specializing in the design and facilitation of experiential learning programs for corporate environments. With a background in Humanities and a Master's degree in Educational Policy, she is also certified in Team Facilitation through Animation & Playacting (NOCN Group).

Over the past six years, she has designed and delivered learning experiences that help professionals strengthen essential workplace skills, including communication, collaboration, leadership, and self-awareness. She believes that meaningful learning happens through participation, reflection, and practice, which is why her workshops combine experiential methodologies with inclusive facilitation techniques.

Alongside her work in corporate learning, she supports professionals as a career advisor and mentor, with a special focus on women's empowerment and career development. She is also the creator of Spot Your Light, a collection of facilitation tools that help trainers and facilitators design engaging, inclusive, and learner-centered experiences where every participant feels seen, valued, and actively involved.
