Yiannis Georgakopoulos

Giannis Georgakopoulos is the Director of Business Development in the Learning & Development Services division at Tack TMI – Optimal HR. He specializes in the design and implementation of integrated solutions that enhance leadership, skill development, and organizational performance, with a strong focus on people development and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

He has over 20 years of experience in banking, consulting, and training roles, having led major projects related to leadership development, business performance improvement, and the adoption of modern human resource management practices. He is an accredited Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), a certified Trainer by EOPPEP, and holds a degree in Economics as well as a Master’s degree in Applied Economics and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
